Corporate diagnosis

First step of an improvement process, the corporate diagnosis is used to plan the entire process. This diagnosis determines the improvement priorities based on the actual situation observed on the floor, where data is collected on the cycle times, changeover and set-up times, overall equipment efficiency, supplier quality, added value ratios, etc. The diagnosis also uses various analysis charts to compare the plant's performance against competition and world-class standards.
